The Shakti Collective Celebrates One Year of Building a Strong Artist Community

~ From TSC Academy to Original IPs and Havells mYOUsic, the collective strengthens India’s creative ecosystem ~

NATIONAL, April 1, 2026: The Shakti Collective (TSC), founded by acclaimed composer Sandesh Shandilya and entertainment strategist Rohith Sobti, has completed one year of building a powerful platform for artists. In just 12 months, the collective has emerged as a strong force in music, musicals, artist development, and modern storytelling.

Moreover, with its vision of “Unfolding Artist Force,” TSC is redefining how artists are discovered, nurtured, and showcased across India and global markets.

Creating a Complete Artist Ecosystem

Over the past year, The Shakti Collective has focused on building a first-of-its-kind integrated ecosystem. Not only does the platform identify talent, but it also offers mentorship, IP creation, film marketing, and large-scale production support.

Furthermore, the collective aims to prepare, create, produce, and monetise artistic talent, ensuring sustainable and long-term careers for artists.

At the heart of this vision lies the collective’s philosophy:
“Sadhana bane sadhan, sadhan bani Shakti” — turning dedication into creative power.

Expanding Creative IPs and Storytelling Platforms

In addition to ecosystem building, TSC has also developed several creative IPs and artist-led initiatives. The collective contributed to the film Mahavatar Narsimha, strengthening its scale through marketing, monetisation, and culturally rooted storytelling inspired by Indian mythology.

Meanwhile, Main Bhi Artist, curated with Laksh Maheshwari, created a platform for emerging writers and storytellers. As a result, storytelling has been positioned as a strong cultural movement.

Havells mYOUsic: A Grassroots Music Movement

One of the major highlights of the year has been Havells mYOUsic, a nationwide music initiative curated by The Shakti Collective. Unlike traditional competitions, this community-first platform encourages collaboration, learning, and authentic expression.

The next chapter of Havells mYOUsic will take place in Indore on April 5 at Sage University. The event will feature sessions with industry experts, including:

  • Tarsame Mittal
  • Sandesh Shandilya
  • Laksh Maheshwari
  • Rohith Sobti
  • Rumpa Banerjee

Additionally, live performances will be delivered by:

  • Osho Jain
  • YUGM
  • Harshad and Duhita Goleskar

Following the event, selected artists will advance to a live bootcamp to create original music. Importantly, the initiative remains completely free, ensuring accessibility for artists across backgrounds.

TSC Academy: Nurturing Artists from the Ground Up

At the core of the ecosystem is TSC Academy, which focuses on guiding artists from learning to professional growth.

The academy launched “The heART of Music Composition” masterclass by Sandesh Shandilya. Additionally, upcoming programs include:

  • The Roots of Hindustani Classical by Prasad Khapade
  • Music Production Programs
  • Songwriting Workshops
  • Artist Pathway Modules

Moreover, the academy provides artists with opportunities to showcase their original work and transition into professional performance and release platforms.

Culture-Led Collaborations and New IPs

Beyond entertainment, The Shakti Collective has expanded into culture-led collaborations. The collective is working closely with Shri Kshetra Datta Dham Pith to create music and build a cultural identity.

Additionally, TSC is launching The Young Guns, a new IP focused on discovering and developing emerging voices.

Furthermore, Insta Music League was introduced as a national platform. Fifteen winners were selected and awarded cash prizes, helping them gain visibility and direction.

Vision for the Future

Speaking about the milestone, Rohith Sobti said:

“The Shakti Collective is built to unfold the artist force. Every artist deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our mission is to serve over one million artists and take 100 stories to the global stage.”

What’s Next for The Shakti Collective

As it enters its second year, The Shakti Collective plans to expand further. Upcoming projects include:

  • Himalayan Harmonies
  • The Young Guns
  • Divine Trance
  • Collaborations with ISKCON
  • Multiple original IPs in development

With a strong foundation in place, The Shakti Collective continues its journey toward building a global, professional artist ecosystem.
