In a candid conversation, the actor opened up about his fitness routine, diet plan, and mental wellness practices while managing a demanding work schedule.

A Disciplined Daily Fitness Routine 🏋️‍♂️

To begin with, Vishaal believes that maintaining a structured routine is essential for staying fit. He focuses on proper sleep, hydration, and consistent workouts.

“I try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I also drink around 2 to 3 litres of water. Additionally, I spend about two hours in the gym,” he shares.

Moreover, he includes light activities in his routine to stay active.
“Three days a week, I go for an early walk. At the same time, while watering my garden, I practice breathing exercises in nature,” he adds.

When it comes to diet, Vishaal prefers a balanced and structured approach. He believes mindful eating plays a key role in maintaining fitness.

“My day starts with black coffee. I also take multivitamins. Furthermore, I try to keep my daily intake around 1500 calories,” he says.

However, maintaining a routine during shoots can be challenging.
“When I am shooting, my sleep and diet change. Therefore, I depend more on vegetables, fruits, juices, and liquids to maintain my energy levels,” he explains.

Despite his disciplined lifestyle, Vishaal prefers simple and nutritious meals.
“I love hummus and chicken. I can also eat dal khichdi and egg bhurji anytime,” he reveals.

At the same time, he believes in occasional indulgence.
“I enjoy cheat days too. I love ice cream, pani puri, sprout salad, and pav bhaji. When I’m not working, I cheat once or twice a week,” he shares.

Apart from fitness and diet, Vishaal also pays attention to skincare. He believes hydration is the key to healthy skin.

“I drink a lot of water. Since my skin is sensitive, I apply sunscreen regularly. Additionally, I use serums like retinol and hyaluronic acid at night,” he says.

Interestingly, Vishaal prefers strength training over cardio-focused workouts.
“I enjoy weight lifting more. Legs are my favourite. Besides that, I also like training my shoulders,” he shares.

“I talk to positive people. Also, I go on long drives to refresh my mind,” he explains.
