Amy Poehler Wins First Golden Globe for ‘Good Hang’ Podcast 2026

At the 2026 ceremony, Amy Poehler’s popular podcast “Good Hang with Amy Poehler” won the first-ever Golden Globe for Best Podcast. The podcast goes into great detail about this big event, with behind-the-scenes talks about the awards buzz.

Producers and stars talk about the first episode of the new podcast category, which features Poehler’s comedic edge and lots of guests. The episode captures the exciting atmosphere of the Beverly Hilton nominations announcement. Fans love how Poehler hosts the show without any effort, mixing funny and serious talks.

This win is a big deal for podcasts at big awards shows, putting digital audio on the same level as TV shows. TIME magazine named “Good Hang” one of the top 100 podcasts of 2026 because it has so many famous guests. Next year, more celebrities will be trying to get Globe nods in this new category.

Poehler’s win leads to more searches for Golden Globes expansions, which mixes entertainment news with the rise of podcasts. The show’s relatable interactions with A-listers, like those teased in Who Are These Podcasts? transcripts, make it more likely to go viral.
