ANDHADHUN – This year we finally get to see a solid good suspense thriller with all the twists and turns that make for good film to see from Bollywood. Director Sriram Raghavan who is a master in this craft, who brought us films like “Johnny Gaddar”, and recently “Badlapur”, has brilliantly adapted this short french film into his own called, “ANDHADHUN”, Its a unique title, and a unique entertaining film.
Ayushman Khuranna plays a blind pianist who encounters a murder. He is always there at wrong time and the wrong place. What unfolds is things that you have not witnessed before in a thriller like this. Move over Hitchcock, because this film is dedicated to you with some dark humor added to it. Tabu is as always yet again brilliant in her performance, and so is Radhika Apte, and the whole ensemble.
I urge everyone to go and see this film and get surprised. It is direction at its best. The film gets a well deserved 4 Star recommendation. A Must See!! Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY
