Why Bollywood Projects Didn’t Work Out
After her acting debut, Anjali received several Bollywood offers. However, many of them never moved beyond the discussion stage.
One major reason was her residence in the United States. According to her, travelling frequently to India for long shooting schedules is not always practical.
“Since then, I have been offered several film projects and Bollywood subjects as well. However, many of them did not materialize due to practical challenges, especially because I am based in the United States.”
At the same time, she admitted that some projects simply did not match her creative vision.
Nevertheless, she remains open to acting if the right opportunity comes along.
“If a project truly aligns with my values, creativity, and schedule, I would be very happy to take it up in the future,” she added.
Ashmit Patel Feels Like Family
Among her many friends in the industry, Ashmit Patel holds a special place.
Anjali described him as more than just a friend.
“Ashmit Patel is a very dear friend to me; he feels like family.”
She shared that whenever she visits India, meeting Ashmit is always on her priority list.
Furthermore, she praised his humble and grounded personality. According to her, their friendship has grown stronger over the years because it is built on trust, warmth, and mutual respect.
Abhay Verma Continues to Inspire Her
Anjali also spoke highly of actor Abhay Verma, who walked the runway for her during Paris Fashion Week.
Working together gave her the chance to know him beyond the spotlight.
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing talented artists like Abhay Verma, who even walked for me at Paris Fashion Week.”
She described Abhay as disciplined, humble, and hardworking. Moreover, she said interacting with artists like him has taught her valuable lessons about dedication and staying grounded despite success.
Would She Join Bigg Boss?
When asked about participating in a reality show like Bigg Boss, Anjali gave a thoughtful response.
She said she is open to the possibility, but only if the platform reflects her personality and values.
“I would never say never. If a platform comes my way that feels authentic, respectful, and aligned with who I am, I would consider it.”
However, she made it clear that she would never compromise her dignity or emotional well-being for entertainment.

“If it turns into something that doesn’t align with my values or purpose, then I would respectfully decline,” she concluded.
