ANT-MAN & THE WASP – First of all this sequel is indeed better than the first one, and this time I must say Marvel brings these superheroes with great humor onto the big screen. “ANT-MAN & THE WASP” indeed is the most funniest comedy caper that puts a smile on your face. Its a simple story of a family in search for their parent.
Scientist Michael Pym, played by Michael Douglas has been is search for his wife, played by Michelle Pfeiffer, for over 30 years. They have lost her in a “Quantum Realm”. It is up to Paul Rudd as “Ant-Man”, along with Pym’s daughter as the “Wasp” to save the day, and extract the information from a lab building that has been missing and has been shrunk. The only problem is “Ant-Man” is on house arrest by the FBI. How will he be able to escape and help? Anything is possible in the “Marvel” world.
Paul Rudd’s comic timing and quirkiness will appeal to the audience. But I want give a special mention to Micheal Pena. He has been in many films, doing many character and bit roles, but kudos to him with his funny scenes. He does stands out in this film. The film gets a 3 and a half star recommendation.
