Ciara Miller Breaks Silence on Amanda Batula–West Wilson Summer House Scandal

Ciara Miller, a star of Summer House, is finally talking about the huge Bravo scandal that has been all over the news: her ex-boyfriend West Wilson and her close friend Amanda Batula dating behind her back. Ciara says in a frank new interview that the whole thing was a “major mindf***.” She says that finding out about their romance in public felt like a double betrayal, both personally and professionally.

The drama started when West and Amanda confirmed their relationship weeks after Summer House Season 10 began airing. This revealed flirtatious moments that had already happened on camera. Fans saw Ciara and West go through a complicated on-again, off-again relationship. At the same time, she became close with Amanda, who was one of Amanda’s biggest supporters during her split from her ex-husband Kyle Cooke. A lot of people thought Ciara’s pain was especially shocking because she was so open about supporting Amanda, even when she was heartbroken herself.

Ciara and West broke up in June 2024 because West didn’t want to fully commit. However, new rumors came up during the show’s reunion and later on Watch What Happens Live. By March 2026, videos of Ciara clearly upset about the news, along with her unfollows of both Amanda and West on social media, set the stage for a full-blown Bravo-verse meltdown.

The scandal has led to bigger discussions about race, loyalty, and representation on reality TV, not just the love triangle. Ciara’s experience of being “humiliated” on national TV and then seeing her life replayed on Bravo has really struck a chord with Black audiences and allies. She is one of the few Black leads on Summer House. Fans have called the couple “Scamanda” or “Westate” online, which shows how they see the overlap between desire, friendship, and allyship.

Not long ago Even celebrities like Rihanna stopped following Amanda’s account, which made it seem like the affair was more than just typical Bravo gossip. Many people now see Ciara as a fan favorite who “deserved better” from both Amanda and West because she stayed calm under such public scrutiny.

Ciara says in a recent cover story for Glamour that she found out about the relationship at the same time as everyone else, after Amanda and West made a joint statement that didn’t directly mention her. She says that “it’s one thing to feel hurt behind closed doors,” but it’s much worse to have to relive it on camera and look forward to seeing them both at the Summer House Season 10 reunion.

Ciara’s most recent comments show that she’s still dealing with the fallout, but they also show that she’s strong: she’s separating her journey from the story that others want to tell and not letting the scandal define her career. Fans are excited to see how the fight will end up and whether Bravo will lean into the drama or try to make this real-life mess less messy as the reunion approaches.
