Devanggana Chauhan Says Spiritual Journeys Keep Her Grounded and Energised

Actor, anchor, and RJ Devanggana Chauhan opens up about spirituality, divine energy, and her unforgettable visit to Rajasthan’s Statue of Belief.

Mumbai-based actor, anchor, and radio jockey Devanggana Chauhan, last seen in Sapnon Ki Chhalaang and known for her roles in Saavi Ki Savaari and Dhadkan Zindaggi Kii, recently opened up about her deep spiritual beliefs. She shared how spiritual journeys help her stay grounded and energised despite her busy schedule.

A Mesmerising First Glimpse of Lord Shiva

To begin with, Devanggana recalled her first experience witnessing the towering Statue of Belief, also known as Vishwas Swaroopam.

“I am a big devotee of Shiva and Krishna. When I saw the Statue of Belief in Rajasthan, I got goosebumps. It was mesmerising to see the 369-ft tall Shiva right in front of me,” she shared.

Moreover, she revealed that the powerful moment left a lasting impact on her and strengthened her spiritual connection.

Spiritual Trips That Rejuvenate the Mind

For Devanggana, spiritual travel goes beyond visiting temples. Instead, it is about reconnecting with herself and finding inner balance.

She shared that she frequently visits Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and Govind Dev Ji Temple to attend the Mangla Aarti.

“I enjoy my spiritual trips. They connect me to divine energy. They rejuvenate me and give me an instant energy boost,” she explained.

Additionally, she mentioned that these visits help her reset mentally and emotionally.

Finding Peace in a Hectic Lifestyle

Furthermore, Devanggana believes that spiritual destinations offer more than religious significance. They also provide mental clarity and emotional balance.

“These places have divine energy. They feel like a spiritual retreat. Your heart and chakras feel aligned. I never get negative thoughts or tension during such trips. They remind me to live in the moment,” she said.

At the same time, she emphasised the importance of taking breaks from hectic routines to reconnect with inner peace.

An Unplanned Yet Memorable Journey

Interestingly, Devanggana revealed that her most memorable spiritual experience was completely unplanned.

While travelling from Udaipur to Beawar, her driver suggested a stop at Nathdwara.

“The trip was impromptu. As I landed in Udaipur and travelled to Beawar, we passed Nathdwara. The driver took us near the statue, and it became the most memorable part of my trip,” she shared.

Consequently, the spontaneous visit turned into one of her most cherished spiritual memories.

Inspiring the Younger Generation

Finally, Devanggana highlighted the importance of spiritual destinations for younger generations.

“Places like these help people feel divine energy. They allow the younger generation to connect with spirituality beyond rituals and find inner peace,” she concluded.

Despite her growing career and busy schedule, Devanggana Chauhan continues to rely on spirituality as her anchor. Through meaningful journeys, she finds calm, clarity, and renewed strength.
