The talk started out easy. Amitabh Bachchan asked the two about how often they worked out. Kartik kept it simple and said that exercise is important. Ananya also said that she sticks to a balanced diet and a gym routine.
Big B praised their discipline, which made them feel good. Then he learnt more about what they eat to stay healthy.
Kartik’s funny side meets clean eating
Kartik answered in his usual funny way. He joked that he tricks his mind into thinking that everything he eats is good for him. Ananya laughed and said it was a smart way to stay motivated.
Kartik went on to explain how his favourite foods have changed. Now, burgers don’t come with bread. Dosas come without the dosa layer. The names stay the same, but the things that go into them change. Cabbage, cauliflower, or mixed vegetables take the place of most dishes.

Ananya said it perfectly. She said that these meals are meant to make you feel good mentally. It feels like a burger from the outside. There are mostly salads inside. The goal is to enjoy yourself without feeling bad about it.
Ananya’s strict rule about food at 7 PM
Ananya also told us about a personal rule during the chat. After 7 PM, she doesn’t eat anything. Amitabh Bachchan listened carefully and thought about his own younger days, when he ate normal food while working on a lot of films.
