Kelly Clarkson said that The Kelly Clarkson Show will end after its seventh season, which will air until Fall 2026. The Grammy-winning singer posted the news on Instagram, saying it was “not an easy decision” as she leaves her daily life behind. Several sources say that the Emmy-winning show, which started in 2019, won’t get a new contract after this one ends.
Clarkson said she wanted to “prioritize my kids” as she started a new chapter in her life. This was after her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock died of cancer in 2025. She thanked her band, crew, guests, and fans for seven amazing years. In 2023, the show moved to New York City, which made it more popular but made her schedule even busier.
Clarkson isn’t saying goodbye for good. He plans to release music, perform live, and come back as a judge on Season 29 of The Voice, which starts on February 23, 2026. There will be special guest hosts to end each episode of the last season. Fans can expect her continued presence in entertainment beyond daytime TV.
