Word on the street is that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt just snagged a seriously impressive piece of real estate in Mumbai! Sources say their brand-new bungalow in Bandra is worth a whopping Rs 250 crore. That could make it the most expensive celebrity home in India!
Located in the swanky Pali Hill area, their place is supposedly pricier than Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, which is valued around Rs 200 crore, and even Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa, estimated at about Rs 120 crore. Looks like the Kapoor-Bhatt family is sitting pretty at the top of the Bollywood real estate ladder.
Reportedly, the property boasts multiple floors, top-of-the-line features, gorgeous gardens, and a high-tech security setup. Construction has been ongoing for a while, and it’s almost done. Word is Ranbir, his mom Neetu Kapoor, Alia, and their daughter Raha will be moving in soon.
But this home is more than just a fancy pad. The land has major sentimental value. It originally belonged to R.K. Studios, the legendary production house founded by Ranbir’s grandfather, Raj Kapoor. So, this new house is a symbol of their family’s history, blending the past with modern luxury.
Real estate experts are saying this home is a big deal for Mumbai’s luxury property market, especially since it broke the Rs 250 crore barrier. It also highlights the wealth and influence of Bollywood’s biggest families.
Fans are super curious to see what the inside looks like, and everyone’s wondering which celebrity designers helped create the space.
