Bollywood personality Seema Sajdeh has opened up about her life after divorce from actor Sohail Khan. In a candid conversation, she discussed cosmetic treatments, independence and her views on relationships.
Speaking with Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi on Double Date, Sajdeh also reflected on her equation with Sohail. Moreover, she shared how she has learned to find happiness and comfort on her own terms.
Seema Sajdeh Talks About Cosmetic Treatments
Sajdeh has never avoided conversations about beauty and ageing. This time, too, she spoke openly about her choices.
She revealed that she has tried cosmetic treatments, including fillers, Botox and Profhilo. She also discussed laser treatments as part of her skincare routine.
However, her approach has changed over time. She explained that she now opts for such treatments only when she feels they are genuinely needed.
Her honesty also offers a refreshing perspective. Instead of hiding her choices, Sajdeh has chosen to speak about them openly and without hesitation.
Sohail Khan Found Alliance Difficult
The conversation then took a more personal turn. Sajdeh spoke about Sohail Khan’s experience on the reality show Alliance.
According to her, the show was much harder for Sohail than it was for her. Although he generally gets along with people, she said he is someone who prefers familiar surroundings.
Moreover, Sohail is comfortable with routine. Being away from his home, family and children therefore became challenging for him.
Sajdeh described him as a “creature of habit and routine.” As the show continued, he reportedly began missing his familiar surroundings.
Seema Became Sohail’s Comfort Zone
Interestingly, Sajdeh revealed that her presence gave Sohail a sense of familiarity during the show. Since they shared years of history, she became a familiar connection in an otherwise unfamiliar environment.
Therefore, her departure affected him deeply. Sajdeh recalled that Sohail became emotional and asked her why she was leaving.
He even suggested that he should leave instead. The moment showed how strongly he was affected by losing that familiar connection.
At the same time, it also highlighted the nature of their equation after divorce. Although their marriage ended, their shared history and family continue to connect them.
Seema Sajdeh Is Happy Being Alone
Perhaps the most revealing part of the conversation was Sajdeh’s take on her life after divorce.
She explained that she has become comfortable with being alone. After a long day, she is happy to return home to her dogs.
In fact, she admitted that she is no longer sure she would enjoy having someone waiting for her at home. She has become accustomed to her own space and independence.
Most importantly, Sajdeh does not see being single as something that needs to be fixed. Instead, she genuinely enjoys the life she has created for herself.
She Is Still Open to Companionship
However, being happy alone does not mean Sajdeh has completely closed the door on love.
She remains open to companionship in the future. Yet, she wants that relationship to come from choice rather than necessity.
For Sajdeh, a future partner would ideally be someone with whom she could travel, enjoy good food and discover new places.
More importantly, she does not want someone to complete her. She already feels complete on her own.
Instead, she wants a partner who can add to the happiness she has already built.
A New Perspective on Relationships
Sajdeh’s comments reflect a growing sense of emotional independence. She is not rushing into another relationship simply because she is divorced or because society expects her to have a partner.
Instead, she appears comfortable waiting for the right connection. If it happens, she is open to embracing it.
At the same time, she is not afraid of being alone. That balance makes her perspective particularly relatable.
Moving Forward on Her Own Terms
Ultimately, Sajdeh’s conversation was about much more than celebrity relationships. It was about identity, independence and learning to feel comfortable with yourself.
From cosmetic treatments to her equation with Sohail and her thoughts on companionship, she addressed each subject with remarkable openness.
Moreover, her journey shows that moving forward does not necessarily mean forgetting the past. It can simply mean accepting it while building a new chapter.
For Seema Sajdeh, that chapter appears to be about freedom, self-confidence and choosing what makes her happy.
