Sherleen Dutt, known for KINK, Honey Trap Squad, and Koi Jaye Toh Le Aaye, returns with a new challenge in the web series Shringarika. This time, she gets to explore comedy through a unique character, which excites her.
A Unique Storyline
Dutt was drawn to Shringarika because of its fresh concept: a king with 65 queens. “It blends comedy, drama, and history in a way that really stood out,” she says.
A Light-Hearted Queen
In the series, Dutt plays a queen with a speech impairment, bringing humor and positivity to the role. “It was a new kind of challenge, and I loved exploring comedy this way,” she shares.
Mastering Comic Timing
The biggest challenge was perfecting her character’s speech style in shudh Hindi. “It took a lot of practice to nail the comic timing without overdoing it,” Dutt explains.
Great Chemistry with Co-Stars
Dutt also praised her co-stars, Vishal Kotian and Aakansha Puri, for their positive energy on set. “We had great chemistry, which made the shoot so much fun,” she adds.
Positive Audience Feedback
The audience has responded enthusiastically to Dutt’s performance. “People are loving my character and the humor I bring to the show, and that’s incredibly fulfilling,” she says.
Grateful for the Support
Dutt is thankful for the positive feedback Shringarika has received and promises more entertainment ahead. “I’m excited for what’s to come—stay tuned!”
With its mix of humor, drama, and history, Shringarika is quickly becoming a fan favorite, and Dutt’s performance is a standout.
