Dolly Parton Rare Public Appearance at Dollywood 2026 Health Update

Dolly Parton, a famous country singer, made her first public appearance in months on the opening day of Dollywood on March 13, 2026. Fans were overjoyed after a year of health problems. The 80-year-old legend had been out of the public eye since late 2025 because of kidney stones and infections that came with them. She showed her strong spirit at the theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, that she co-owns. This rare outing is a good sign that she is getting better.

Parton first talked about her worries in September 2025. She had to put off her Las Vegas residency from December 2025 to September 2026 because she had a kidney stone that caused an infection, which required surgery and rest. Through video messages, she told fans, “I’m going to be alright” and “God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet.”” Sources close to her said that she was getting better steadily, and that her family was helping her recover at home.

Parton’s appearance at the Dollywood event has caused a lot of online celebration, showing how popular she still is. There weren’t any specific health details that came out of the event, but her presence shows that she’s ready for more “big adventures.” Soon, you’ll get news about her new Vegas shows and other projects she’s working on.
