The explosive new trailer for The Terror Season 3, Devil in Silver, shows Dan Stevens as a patient who was wrongfully committed and is fighting evil forces. This horror anthology from AMC+ and Shudder is back with a six-episode limited series that will premiere on May 7, 2026. It is based on Victor LaValle’s gripping 2013 novel.
The trailer shows Stevens as Pepper, a blue-collar worker who ends up stuck in New Hyde Psychiatric Hospital because of a string of bad luck. He has to deal with scheming patients, secretive doctors, and a demon that feeds on pain. Karyn Kusama directed the first two episodes, and they promise Ridley Scott-level terror with psychological dread and supernatural horror.
To get out, Pepper has to reveal the hospital’s dark secrets, which may include the Devil itself, in a dangerous situation. LaValle, Christopher Cantwell (Halt and Catch Fire), and Stevens himself are the executive producers.
