Moving From Indore to Delhi Was a Big Change

When Zakir first moved to Delhi, he noticed a major cultural difference. Soon, he realised that the way people perceived and treated him had changed.

According to the comedian, factors such as skin tone and clothing seemed to influence people’s attitudes. At times, he also experienced what he described as a condescending tone.

Moreover, he felt that newcomers were often dismissed until they proved themselves. This was very different from his experience in Indore.

‘Until You Establish Yourself’

Zakir explained that establishing himself was important before people started taking him seriously. Until then, he felt that some people treated him like a joke.

He also recalled comments that reflected this attitude. For him, the experience became an important part of adjusting to life in a new city.

However, those early struggles did not stop him from pursuing his ambitions. Instead, they became part of the journey that eventually helped him find his own voice.

Zakir Khan Reveals His Love for Cricket

The conversation then moved beyond comedy. Angad Bedi brought up Zakir’s interest in cricket and his passion for the sport.

Interestingly, Zakir revealed that he rarely talks about cricket or music. He explained that this habit comes from advice given by his grandfather.

According to Zakir, his grandfather taught him that being passionate about something does not mean everyone else will be equally interested. Therefore, sometimes it is better to keep quiet rather than dominate a conversation.

Neha Dhupia Adds a Fun Twist

The conversation also had plenty of lighter moments. At one point, Neha Dhupia jokingly asked Zakir if he was passionate about Delhi girls.

Zakir simply replied, “No.”

The quick response added another humorous moment to the episode. It also showed the relaxed and candid atmosphere of the conversation.

From Early Struggles to Success

Zakir’s Delhi experience became one part of a much larger journey. Over time, he built a distinct identity through stand-up comedy and storytelling.

Moreover, his personal experiences have often influenced his approach to comedy. His observations about people, relationships and everyday situations have become an important part of his performances.

Therefore, his latest revelation gives fans another glimpse into the experiences that shaped him before he became a recognised name in Indian comedy.

Irfan Pathan Joins the Conversation

The episode also features former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan. His presence adds another interesting dimension to the conversation.

While Zakir discusses his move from Indore to Delhi, his personal experiences and his love for cricket, Irfan brings his own stories and perspective.

As a result, the episode offers a mix of humour, personal revelations and candid conversations.
