Abhishek Malhan is leaving his familiar digital creator and reality TV image behind as he steps into the world of scripted drama with Romeo On Duty. The series sees him playing a fearless, no-nonsense police officer with a strong “dabangg” attitude.
Unlike his usual on-screen persona, Abhishek’s character is tough, confident and ready to make difficult decisions when situations get intense. However, there is also a softer side waiting to emerge as the story progresses.
Adding romance to the action is his equation with Farrhana Bhatt’s character. Their journey begins with clashes, sharp banter and completely opposite personalities. Gradually, the hostility starts turning into curiosity, connection and romance.
With action, drama and an enemies-to-lovers storyline, Romeo On Duty gives Abhishek Malhan a chance to explore a completely different side of his screen presence.
