Tate Brothers Arrested in Miami Amid UK Extradition Push

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were taken into custody in Miami on Saturday after British authorities moved to extradite them on rape and sex trafficking charges, multiple outlets reported.

The brothers were detained on a sealed warrant, with the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service signaling its intent to pursue extradition not only on the original charges but on additional counts tied to four more alleged victims.

U.S. Marshals confirmed the arrest in Miami, though details of the sealed warrant remain under wraps. The case stems from a long-running investigation in the UK into alleged sexual exploitation offenses spanning from 2010 to 2017.

Andrew Tate is charged with rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain. His brother Tristan faces counts of rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking. Between them, the brothers are facing 21 original charges, with additional allegations added in subsequent UK court filings.

The arrest marks the latest chapter in a saga of legal trouble for the Tate brothers across multiple countries. Previous investigations have unfolded in Romania and Florida, with Miami authorities launching their own criminal investigation into the pair in March after they arrived in the state.
