Lisa Vanderpump is bringing her biggest Las Vegas gamble to television. The new Bravo limited series Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas offers an inside look at her ambitious hotel project. And, judging by the new trailer, the road to opening night will be anything but smooth.
The three-episode series follows Vanderpump as she races to complete The Vanderpump Hotel before its grand opening. However, the project is nowhere near finished when the countdown begins.
Missing materials, construction problems and last-minute setbacks quickly turn the launch into a race against time.
The series premieres October 20, 2026, with a two-episode event on Bravo. Then, the final episode airs October 21. All three episodes will stream on Peacock the following day.
Lisa Vanderpump Faces a Major Deadline
The trailer wastes no time showing the pressure. Lisa reveals that she has only two weeks before the hotel’s grand opening.
That deadline leaves little room for mistakes. And there are already plenty of problems to fix.
The footage shows missing carpets, unfinished areas and construction mishaps. At one point, viewers even see a hole in the ceiling.
Meanwhile, Lisa worries that her team may not understand just how quickly everything needs to happen.
For Vanderpump, this is also more than another business launch. Her name is attached to the property. Therefore, every unfinished detail feels personal.
“I want to create a legacy,” Lisa says in the trailer. The comment highlights just how much the project means to her.
The Vanderpump Hotel Is Her Biggest Vegas Move Yet
Vanderpump has already built a strong presence on the Las Vegas Strip through her hospitality ventures. However, a hotel takes that business empire to another level.
The Vanderpump Hotel is her most ambitious Las Vegas project yet. It is being developed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
The property also expands her hospitality brand into a much larger resort experience.
The hotel features 188 rooms and a 40,000-square-foot casino. Naturally, the design reflects the glamorous and theatrical style associated with Vanderpump’s businesses.
Lisa has also described the hotel as a “love letter to Las Vegas.”
That description becomes even more meaningful as the trailer shows the pressure behind the project. She wants every part of the property to reflect the Vanderpump name.
Construction Chaos Takes Over
Lisa may be known for polished restaurants and glamorous interiors. However, the new series appears ready to show what happens behind the scenes.
The trailer reveals one problem after another.
Carpets are delayed. Construction is unfinished. Other materials are also failing to arrive on schedule.
As a result, the pressure continues to build.
At one point, Lisa becomes visibly emotional. The situation clearly weighs on her as the opening date gets closer.
After all, she cannot simply hide the problems. The hotel carries her name.
That gives Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas a different angle from the franchise’s usual restaurant drama. This time, the central story revolves around a major business project and the people trying to make it work.
Ken Todd and Pandora Join Lisa
Lisa will not face the pressure alone.
Her husband, Ken Todd, appears throughout the series. Their daughter, Pandora Vanderpump Sabo, also joins the action.
Longtime business partner Nick Alain is involved as well. In addition, Lisa’s longtime friend Kevin Lee returns to the Vanderpump universe.
Together, they form part of Lisa’s trusted inner circle.
Meanwhile, several SUR staff members travel to Las Vegas to help with the hotel launch. The group includes Natalie Maguire, Venus Binkley, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson and Audrey Lingle.
Their arrival adds even more personalities to an already hectic situation.
Familiar Vanderpump Faces Return
Of course, the series wouldn’t feel complete without familiar faces from the Vanderpump universe.
The trailer features Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Garcelle Beauvais also makes an appearance.
Their appearances connect the new series to Lisa’s larger Bravo world.
At the same time, Bravo has teased additional celebrity guests for the hotel’s grand-opening celebrations.
Therefore, the pressure won’t only come from construction. Lisa will also have to manage the expectations surrounding a major celebrity-filled opening.
The Grand Opening Is the Ultimate Test
Finishing the hotel is only the beginning.
Once the doors open, Lisa and her team must make sure everything is ready for guests. Unfortunately, the trailer suggests that some problems could continue right up to opening night.
Late deliveries remain an issue. Some rooms are unfinished. There are also concerns about construction work that hasn’t been completed.
Then come the guests.
After months of preparation, Lisa will finally have to see how the hotel performs with people inside it.
That could make the grand opening the most important moment of the entire series.
Lisa Puts Her Reputation on the Line
The biggest stakes are personal.
Lisa has spent years building her hospitality brand. Her restaurants and businesses are closely connected to her public image.
Now, The Vanderpump Hotel represents an even bigger extension of that brand.
The trailer captures Lisa embracing the high-stakes nature of the project. She is seen at a gambling table before making it clear that she is putting everything on Vanderpump.
The moment fits the Vegas setting perfectly.
More importantly, it reflects the central theme of the series. Lisa isn’t simply opening another venue. She is attempting to create something that could become part of her long-term legacy.
A New Chapter for the Vanderpump Universe
Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas also expands the franchise in a new direction.
The original Vanderpump Rules became known for friendships, relationships and restaurant staff drama. This limited series, however, puts Lisa’s business ambitions front and center.
That shift could make the show feel different while still keeping the familiar Vanderpump personality.
There is also plenty of natural tension. A major hotel opening already involves tight deadlines and complicated logistics. Add Bravo cameras, celebrity guests and Lisa’s demanding standards, and the situation becomes even more intense.
When to Watch Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas
The three-episode Bravo event begins Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
The first two episodes air on the same night. The final episode follows Wednesday, October 21.
Fans can then stream the episodes on Peacock the following day.
With construction delays, emotional moments, familiar Bravo personalities and a ticking opening-day clock, the series promises an entertaining look at one of Lisa Vanderpump’s biggest ventures.
The hotel may be designed around luxury. However, getting it ready appears to be anything but glamorous.
