Below Deck Mediterranean Star Nathan Gallagher Wanted After Skipping Australian Court Date

Reality TV star Nathan Gallagher has become the subject of an arrest warrant in Australia after failing to show up for a scheduled court hearing on domestic violence-related charges.

New South Wales Police issued the warrant on September 1st, with authorities believing the Below Deck Mediterranean cast member is currently overseas. The 28-year-old was initially arrested in December 2025 in Melrose Park following allegations that he assaulted a 29-year-old woman.

Gallagher was taken into custody on December 27th, 2025, after police responded to reports of an alleged assault that occurred the day before. Prosecutors charged him with three domestic violence-related offenses: assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault.

While Gallagher initially refused bail, a court later granted him conditional release on the condition that he return to Burwood Local Court in January 2026. He never showed up for the scheduled hearing, prompting authorities to issue the bench warrant. Police are now asking anyone with information about his location to come forward.

The case centers on allegations involving Gael Cameron, Gallagher’s former partner and fellow Below Deck Mediterranean cast member. The two met while working on the Bravo series and have a child together.

Court documents indicate that prosecutors alleged Gallagher assaulted Cameron at their Melrose Park home in December. Cameron later testified in court proceedings. A judge found the offenses proven in Gallagher’s absence after he failed to appear at the hearing.

Gallagher has pushed back against the allegations, claiming there is more to the story. In a statement last August, he acknowledged making mistakes but contended that only one side of the narrative had been made public. He also referenced video footage, messages, and other documentation he said could provide additional context.

The Australian warrant is not Gallagher’s only legal headache. He is also subject to a separate bench warrant in Ireland related to an alleged 2022 assault. That warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court in connection with an incident in Dungloe.

Gallagher’s current episodes continue to air on *Below Deck Mediterranean*, but reports suggest he won’t be returning for the next season. Bravo has remained silent on the latest arrest warrant developments.

As the search continues, Australian police are urging the public to report any sightings or information about Gallagher’s whereabouts to authorities.
