Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez Call It Quits on ‘The Valley’ After Three Seasons

Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez are hanging up their microphones on Bravo’s reality series The Valley. The married couple announced their exit in a joint statement posted to Sanchez’s Instagram on Tuesday, September 1, confirming they won’t be back for another season.

The timing of their departure comes just as Season 3 wrapped up, a season that saw the couple navigate some serious rocky terrain, from marital tension to parenting pressures and friction with other cast members.

In their announcement, the couple made it clear that stepping away felt like the right move for their family. Booko and Sanchez said they’re grateful for their time on the Bravo series but are now focused on shielding their peace and nurturing their relationship and four kids.

The couple, married for more than a decade, also extended their thanks to Bravo, the production team and viewers who stuck with them throughout their time on the show. Their family became a central part of their storyline as they balanced life with a newborn alongside their three older children.

Their exit follows what was arguably the most challenging season yet. Booko faced heat from multiple cast members over his actions, including concerns about how he treated Sanchez and allegations of heavy drinking.

The drama dominated much of Season 3’s narrative. After episodes aired showing conflict between the couple, Booko issued a public apology to Sanchez, acknowledging he hadn’t handled certain situations well. He blamed stress, alcohol, sleep deprivation and a short temper for his behavior, but importantly noted that none of that excused how he’d treated his wife.

Throughout the season, Sanchez stood by her husband while they worked through their issues away from the cameras.

Despite the rough patches aired on the show, Sanchez later suggested the couple had turned a corner. In a July interview with Bravo, she explained that juggling parenthood with four kids including a newborn and toddlers had added serious strain to their relationship.

The pair leaned on therapy, open communication and watching their episodes together to better understand what went wrong. At the time, Sanchez said they’d bounced back and were in a healthier place, communicating better than before.

So their decision to leave the show appears less about relationship problems and more about protecting what matters most: their family.

While Booko and Sanchez are stepping back from The Valley, they’ve already hinted at what could be coming next. The couple told Bravo they’re exploring new business and media ventures while settling into their Santa Clarita home.

For now, their TV future remains a question mark. Bravo hasn’t announced whether The Valley will get picked up for Season 4, and all three existing seasons are available to stream on Peacock.
