By Arun Sajnani,
DADDY’s HOME 2 – The festive holidays are among us, and Christmas is next week. This sequel unites two families as one. Will Ferrill and Mark Wahlberg are now on better terms this time and all their differences have been put aside in “DADDY’S HOME 2”. This time these “Co-Dad’s” plan a “Together Christmas”, where all their children can be together for Christmas.
This time their Grandpa’s come to join. Mel Gibson and John Lithgow lend that helping hand to boost the comedy. I must say Mel Gibson was hilarious and does comedy with great flair. This time you do feel Mark Wahlberg gets a bit more mileage out of his character and brings out a very fun and restrained performance.
Remember the holidays are approaching soon, and kids usually like to be at home and be toasty by keeping the thermostat high, but as a parent we must bring the hammer down to tell them cost of the gas. It may take our 401K plan away. Now this scene I may have spoiled for some, but see it for this scene. Its a fun film for the entire family. The film gets a 3 star recommendation. Enjoy!!
