ROADRUNNER – A FILM ABOUT ANTHONY BOURDAIN – Encore!!-One more time take a bow to the society and and your audience who adored what you did in life. You encouraged us to various cultures through food and life around the globe. 4 years after his sad demise. His suicide has left many thoughts open.

A documentary by Morgan Neville shows in his documentary Anthony Bourdain’s introspect from his humble beginnings to his rise in fame after the success of his novel – “Kitchen Confidential”. “ROADRUNNER – A FILM ABOUT ANTHONY BOURDAIN”, shows that how he was simply lucky to be there at the right time, and at the right place as a chef. He was modest but always on the go. Being on the road and travelling takes a toll on many of his relationships. He wanted things to be sane, but he was a true traveller around the globe for everyone. He had touched many hearts, but he was alone.

I remember I had gone to Istanbul on my 10th wedding anniversary with my wife, and I used his episode on Istanbul, as my guide to see  the place. It felt as if he was with us and made us feel like we were a part of that culture as a local citizen of that city. For all his fans this documentary has to be seen and cherished.
